PeopleOPTI collects the following categories of personal data:

Identification and contact data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Job title

  • Company or organization

  • Content of interactions with Amaia AI Software

  • Configuration preferences

  • Access and usage logs

Technical data:

  • IP address

  • Device and browser type

  • Cookies and similar technologies

PeopleOPTI does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. If such data is provided incidentally, it will be treated with applicable security measures.

  3. Process data to generate analysis and recommendations;

Secondary purposes (optional):

  2. Send promotional information about PeopleOPTI products.

If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, send an email to privacidad@peopleopti.com with the subject "Opt-Out Secondary Purposes". This will not affect service delivery.

  • PeopleOPTI's parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates;

  • Your employer (our client), for contract fulfillment.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER: Your data will be stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

PeopleOPTI does not sell your personal data.

6. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Amaia AI Software uses artificial intelligence models to process information and generate analysis. Please note:

  • Generated results are informational in nature;

  • PeopleOPTI does not guarantee the accuracy of generated analysis;

  • No automated decisions with legal effects are made without human intervention;

  • We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our models.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • Delete your data when you believe it is not being processed lawfully;

  • Object to processing for specific purposes.

  1. Full name;

  2. Contact email address;

  3. Copy of valid government-issued ID;

  4. Description of the right you wish to exercise.

Response time: We will respond within 20 business days. If the request is valid, it will be executed within the following 15 business days.

8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent by following the procedure described in Section 7. Withdrawal of consent for data necessary for service delivery may result in our inability to continue providing services to you.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and to comply with legal obligations. Thereafter, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

12. CHILDREN'S DATA

PeopleOPTI services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

PeopleOPTI reserves the right to modify this Notice. Changes will be available at www.amaia.tech. For material changes, we will notify you through available means.

This Privacy Notice is governed by Mexican law, specifically the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI): www.inai.org.mx
